Warranty

Woodwork manufactured in the Furdo facility carries a ten-year structural warranty; HDHMR and HDF carry five years.

Hardware, appliances, countertops and other third-party items are covered by their manufacturers' warranties, which Furdo assigns to you and helps you claim.

Full terms, exclusions and the claim process are on the warranty page: /warranty.

Payment schedule

Projects run on a staged schedule: a booking amount at design commencement, a production instalment at drawing freeze, an instalment at delivery to site, and the balance at handover after the snag list is closed.

Changes after sign-off

Changes requested after the drawing freeze are quoted separately and may affect the handover date, because panels are cut to the frozen set. Changes made during the design stage carry no cost.

Cancellation and refunds

Before drawing freeze, amounts paid are refundable less design work completed to date. After production begins, manufactured items are not refundable.

Service after handover

Service requests are raised through your project manager or at care@furdo.com. Warranty visits are scheduled within seven working days of a logged request.
